To reserve your Carnival cruise, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age (or meet Carnival's age requirements for sailing)
• Provide your legal name exactly as it appears on your government-issued identification or passport
• Submit accurate birth dates for every guest
• Provide valid contact information
• Pay the required deposit at the time of booking

Any corrections to guest information after booking may result in fees imposed by Carnival Cruise Line.

A deposit is required to secure your reservation. Final payment is due by the date established by Carnival Cruise Line. Failure to make payment by the final payment date may result in:

• Automatic cancellation of your reservation
• Loss of your deposit
• Cancellation penalties

Darrett Cruises is not responsible for reservations canceled due to missed payment deadlines.

Cancellation penalties are determined solely by Carnival Cruise Line and vary depending on:

• Sail date
• Length of cruise
• Promotional fare selected
• Date of cancellation

Some promotional fares may be non-refundable.
We strongly recommend reviewing Carnival's cancellation schedule before booking.

Travel insurance is highly recommended for every traveler. Travel protection may help cover unexpected events including:

• Trip cancellation
• Medical emergencies
• Lost luggage
• Travel delays
• Emergency evacuation

Declining travel protection means you accept responsibility for any financial losses that may occur.

Every guest is responsible for obtaining the proper travel documentation. Depending on your itinerary, you may need:

• Valid U.S. Passport
• Passport Card (where applicable)
• Original Birth Certificate with Government Photo ID
• Required visas (if applicable)

Failure to present proper documentation may result in denied boarding without refund.

Guests requiring the following should notify Darrett Cruises at the time of booking so requests can be submitted to Carnival as early as
possible.

• Medical equipment
• Dietary accommodations
• Accessibility services

• Guest names must match government-issued identification exactly.
• Incorrect names may require correction fees or cancellation and rebooking, depending on Carnival's policies.
• Please verify all traveler information carefully before making your deposit.

The following items are not included in most cruise fares:

• Alcoholic beverages
• Specialty dining
• Spa services
• Shore excursions
• Internet packages
• Casino gaming
• Gratuities (unless included in your fare)
• Shopping purchases
• Professional photography

These optional purchases may be added before or during your cruise.
